Rapid Mill Composite Plugs
Description:
 The “MAGNUM RAPID MILL™” is a patented slim design Composite Bridge Plug. This tool is set like a conventional bridge plug. Because of its low metallic content the “MAGNUM RAPID MILL™” can be quickly and easily milled and circulated back to surface in record time. The patented bottom allows for easy milling of several plugs in the same well bore. This may be accomplished with conventional milling or drilling with a rig and tubing or with coiled tubing.
Features:
- Can be set on wireline, coil, or production tubing
- Designed for vertical and horizontal applications
- Minimum fluid and pump pressure required to get plug to depth in horizontal applications
- Record drill times less than 8 minutes
- Shovel bottom to ensure lockup of multiple plugs
- Maximum slip contact design to ensure the plug properly centralizes without the use of tungsten carbide
- Utilizes conventional milling or drilling tools
- High differential pressure rating
- No steal, no tungsten carbide buttons, and no aluminum!
- Custom O.D. available upon request
